SKY Waikiki
(Daily Until 5pm)
If you’re looking for one of the best rooftop bars in Waikiki, SKY Raw & Bar is the go to spot!
This casual but also kind of high end bar has indoor and outdoor seating and amazing views of Diamond Head and a little bit of ocean.
Happy hour here is from 4 to 5pm with $2 oysters on the shell, $8 glasses of bubbly and $4 Heineken and Modelo beers.
Their appetizers start at just $6 too!
Herringbone
Daily from 4-6pm, Bar & Lounge Only
Herringbone is an upscale, modern, California coastal cuisine concept located on the rooftop of the International Marketplace.
With $3 Oysters, $6 Fish Tacos, a $15 dollar steak, $8 Cocktails & $6 Beers, you really can't go wrong!
DECK
Daily from 2-5pm
DECK is located inside the Queen Kapiolani Hotel and has epic Diamond Head and Waikiki Views. The service is great and the drinks are strong!
Happy hour is daily from 2 to 5 pm, and they have a nice selection of of $7 drafts, $12 Mai Tais, and pupus (appetizers) starting at $7, including truffle fries and jumbo chicken wings in a sweet and spicy glaze. They also accept reservations via OpenTable.

Tommy Bahama
Restaurant & Bar

Rooftop + Great Food & Prices!
Tommy Bahama’s is a great place to relax and hang out with friends or family.
This bar and restaurant serves up tasty island-style drinks like a $9 Bahia Sangria & fruity Pineapple Paradisio Martini.
For $11 they have a pretty awesome selection of appetizers to chose from, including Blackened Mahi Mahi Tacos $ Coconut Shrimp!
O Bar
(Friday - Sunday from 4-6pm)
Looking for a place to grab a drink?
The O Bar has you covered with their cocktail happy hour that’s available every Friday to Sunday from 4 to 6pm.
This chill spot overlooks a two-story Oceanarium filled with colorful Hawaiian reef fish & comfy oversized chairs that are perfect for pre-dinner hangouts.
With drink specials like $6 beers, $8 house wines, and $10 cocktails, you’re sure to find something that fits your taste buds!
Maui Brewing Co.
(Daily from 3:30-5:30)
Located in the Beachcomber by Outrigger Hotel, Maui Brewing Co. might just be the best place in Waikiki for craft beer lovers!
With more than 36 beers on tap, you’ll find no shortage of choices, but even more so with happy hour specials.
Happy hour is daily from 3:30 to 5:30pm, and specials include $2-3 off beers and cocktails, half-off appies, and $10 craft pizzas.
Maui Brewing Co. Happy Hour Menu
Tiki's Grill & Bar
(Daily from 3-5pm)
With a beautiful deck are overlooking Waikiki Beach, Tiki's is a perfect place to unwind with a cocktail and watch the sun set!
With Draft Beers, Quesadillas and Coconut Shrimp starting around $6, and a Mai Tai at $11, you can take in the views and brews without breaking the bank.
SWELL Restaurant & Pool Bar

Looking for an upscale, truly local happy hour?
This Alohilani Hotel gem has a special sustainable food and cocktail happy hour series, "Earth to Cup," from 4-6pm, M-TH.
The Earth centered menu features crave-worthy, small bites reflective of bounty home to Hawaii complemented by cocktails hand-crafted in partnership with Gastronomista blogger Emily Arden Wells.
With a taste and ingredients unique to each of the 4 major islands, try dishes like MAUI SURFING GOAT CHEESE SAMOSA or BACON WRAPPED KAUAI SHRIMP WITH PAPAYA MUSTARD.
SWELL Restaurant and Pool Bar, located next to a stunning infinity pool, named “Instagram-worthy” by Departures Magazine, is an unrivaled destination restaurant with impressive ocean views of Waikiki Beach.
Yard House
Located in Waikiki Beach Walk Yard House offers happy hour specials Monday to Friday from 2 to 5:30pm and also late-night happy hour from Sunday to Wednesday (10:30pm to close).

Hideout at the Laylow

Another great rooftop happy hour in Waikiki!
It is a cool, laid-back spot with a great happy hour menu where you can enjoy appetizers starting from $10 and drinks from $5 to $12.
If you’re looking for somewhere to relax, this is the perfect place to unwind and chill out with good company.
Basalt
(Daily from 3-5pm)
Serving delicious western and Hawaiian favorites, Basalt is the perfect place to grab a drink before heading out for the night.
Happy hour runs daily from 3 to 5pm, offering an eclectic selection of cocktails and beers to choose from, all of which are priced at $3-$7.
They have a tasty food menu with classics like Wagyu Burgers and Baja Fish Tacos, but also have some fun twists like Duck Empanadas and Adobo Chicken Wings.
Harbor Pub & Pizza
(Daily From 3-7pm)
Ok, we've saved one of the best for last!
Harbor Pub & Pizza has been around for decades and is still one of the cheapest places to go for happy hour in the Waikiki area.
Their Pizza is delicious and they have beers starting at $2.75 and Mai Tais for $4.95!
You also get $1 OFF nachos during happy hour and views of the marina. If you're staying at the Hilton Hawaiian Village or the Ilikai Hotel, this location will be very convenient. If you're walking from Waikiki central, you my want to Uber back ;)
